平成１９年度　総会・懇親会報告

平成１９年５月１９日（土）虎ノ門パストラルに於ける総会・懇親会には多くの方々のご出席を頂き、何とか無事に終了でき、準備係としてやって参りました４８年卒年次幹事一同ほっと致しております。

ご協力を頂きました多くの方々に感謝申しあげます。

今回の計画は昨年８月に前年度当番幹事の方々との引継ぎ会をスタートに前田会長、伊崎前幹事長にも打ち合わせ会に何度も参加していただき助言を頂いて計画を立てて参りました。

その結果、懇親会のメインイベントとして鎮信流によるお茶会、カミタミカさんの参加・持ち歌紹介、会場内に花による装飾を実施することと致しました。

お茶会の計画にあたっては初めての企画であることから正月の鎮信流お茶会「初釜」に参加させていただきお茶会の雰囲気を体験することから始め、宗家松浦章様、前田会長、及び鎮信流の皆様とお茶会の設営など詳細に検討して参りました。

当日は、このお茶会をお目当てに来られた方が多く、松浦章様はじめ鎮信流の皆様には大変なご負担をお掛けしましたが、そのおかげで今回多くの出席者が得られたものと感謝いたしております。

同窓生でもあるカミタミカさんには厳しいスケジュールの中、私共の要請に応えていただき素晴らしい歌を披露して頂いたこと感謝いたします。会場での歌もさることながら当日買ったＣＤを後で聴きましたがどの曲も素晴らしいものでした。同窓生の皆様の熱い応援を是非お願いします。

会場の花は中野で花屋を開いている永山淳一君（４８年卒）にご協力を頂き前日の夜遅く家族で準備をしてくれました。予算を絞ってのお願いでしたが見事な出来栄えに参加の皆様も充分に満足して頂けたものと思います。

今回は幹事会の皆様から特段の呼び掛けで若年層の参加が多く、微笑ましい小さなお子さん連れの参加もあり賑やかな懇親会にもなり、ご年輩の会員からは好評も頂きました。

会の準備にはその他にも多くの先輩・後輩、同輩の方々、関係者の方々、又ホテルのご担当の方々にも多大なご協力を頂きました。
本当にありがとうございました。

私共、今回の準備をしていく中で同輩のつながりを強め広げることが出来たこと、又松浦家の皆様をはじめ多くの先輩、後輩の方々との出会い、お知り合いになれた事など得るところが多かったと思っております。
来年度は４９年卒の方々が当番幹事です。私共が先輩からご協力を得たと同様に我々の経験を伝え、寄りよい計画が実施できるよう支援して参りたいと考えております。
