５月３日に第４７回全国大学選抜相撲宇佐大会が行われ、
近畿大との団体戦、２勝２敗の優勝戦で、
大将の松永六十四君（日本体育大学４年相撲部、平成16年卒）が、
上手投げを決めて、日本体育大学が見事初優勝を勝ち取った。
松永君の応援に相撲部ＯＢの森さん（平成3年卒）、米倉さん（平成3年卒）が、
生月と平戸から、大分まで駆けつけました。
