平成２１年度　総会・懇親会報告

　昨年限りとなった虎ノ門パストラルホテルにて、５月16日東京支部総会・懇親会を開催。　
現猶興館高等学校長小野様、同窓会長中野様をはじめとする来賓の方々、昭和10年台から平成卒までの会員２００名の参加の元、予想以上の盛り上りとなりました。
　
盛り上がりの主要因は、メインイベントの同窓生でもある末永京さんによるライブ。　
本人が「皆さんに盛り上がって頂くには何がいいか悩んだ」と振り返るだけに、持ち前の澄んだ歌声と、楽しくのれる歌で聴衆を引き込み、盛大な懇親会となりました。　
また、今年４月平戸沖で遭難した生月の第11大栄丸の船体引き上げを国に嘆願するための署名、創立１３０年に向けて猶興館高校同窓会館（猶興寮）建て替えの為の募金活動などに対して、参加の方々より多大なご協力を頂きました。あらためて感謝いたします。
　
恒例の故郷の物産販売は、各種焼酎、川内かまぼこ・ちくわ、てんぷら、丸ボーロ、あごをはじめ海産物類を展示販売し、好評の内に完売しました。
　
お開き時に、大先輩から「毎年楽しみにしている。来年も参加する」の言葉に感激し、この素晴らしい同窓会の伝統を後輩諸氏にも引継いで行きたいと心新たにしている次第です。
　
まだ参加されたことのない同窓の方々、是非一緒に有意義なひと時を!!
