気が付けばもう10月、秋らしい心地よい風が吹き抜けていく今日この頃です。
皆様お変わりなくお過ごしでしょうか。
前回7月に開催の猶興女子会は「あらかぶの味噌汁」に故郷を感じながら吉原朝馬師匠の落語で大笑い、53年卒の瀬戸さんのギターに合わせて歌を歌い皆様と親睦を深めました。
さて、待望の第4回猶興女子会は「ふるさとの鯨料理」を学びたいと思います。生月では鯨のすき焼きを「じりじり鍋」といい、いまでも多くの旅館やお食事処で提供されております。また秘伝のたれに漬け込んだ鯨の「竜田揚げ」も人気メニューです。
日本の捕鯨が再開されましたのでこの機会にふるさとの懐かしい鯨料理を学び食しましょう。
多くの皆様のご参加をいただけますようお願い申し上げます。
